General Scenario

In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been “processed” by us, the order cannot be cancelled. Ultramark Wellness (https://www.ultramark.in) has complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Ultramark Wellness (https://www.ultramark.in) and accept the decision of Ultramark Wellness (https://www.ultramark.in) regarding the cancellation.

In case of Perishable Goods

If a customer wants to cancel the order for perishable products, the cost of the products will have to be borne by them.

Cancellation of Order by Ultramark Wellness (https://www.ultramark.in):

Ultramark Wellness (https://www.ultramark.in) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or the payment has been received. 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by Ultramark Wellness (https://www.ultramark.in) for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.

Replacement / Refund Policy by Ultramark Wellness (https://www.ultramark.in):

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:

the item may be damaged during transit

or there might be a manufacturing defect

or that a wrong item is delivered to you

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost or refund the complete amount, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within 5 days after receipt of the package. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.

To get a refund or replacement, email us at info@ultramark.in your Order Number and the Reason for replacement/refund. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.

If the replacement item is not available, we will try to give the customer best possible alternatives, but at the end choice of the customer will be final.

If the customer has paid, 100% refund will be given if the product is not available or the product is not shipped.

Return and Refund Policy

We at Ultramark Wellness try our best to provide you the satisfactory product within a limited time frame. Still not able to fulfill your requirement, we are happy to refund you the amount in the following mentioned cases within 10 days of delivery:

• You receive a different product instead of ordered product. (Ordered product is considered as a product in your cart and not the one which is in your prescription as many times substitute products can be demanded by customer and same will be verified by pharmacist. Please choose the product carefully. If wrong product is ordered then ultramark.in is not liable to return the Product.
• The Product delivered to you is expired or a close expiry of 1,2 months then we accept the return is complaint is raised within 10 days of delivery.
• The item is lost / Damaged during shipping. (Video proof of package opening is mandatory to verify your claim. If valid proof is not there we are not liable to accept the claim and not able to provide any proof of packaging the product.

Please note the mode of refund varies in different situations. If the mode of refund is via Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow us upto 14 working days for the amount to be reflected in your account/statement. It’s the bank policy that delays the refund and we have no control over it.

The refund request must be initiated within 2 days of delivery. Also be noted that the returned product must be verified once received and upon proper verification only the refund request is initiated.

Return parcel delivery cost is Bourne by ultramark.in only in case above 3 scenarios. Ultramark Wellness is not liable to accept any return apart from above mentioned cases. If any return is accepted then return delivery charges are to be Bourne by customer only.
